Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your service, we require at least 72 hours notice to avoid a rescheduling fee of $50.
Services needing to be rescheduled more than two weeks from the original appointment date are subject to a fee of 25% of the minimum estimated service price.
Cancellations
Because your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and the cleaning supplies are purchased and prepared for the services you reserved for that appointment time, the cancellation fees apply:
- More than 72 hours’ notice: 25% of the minimum estimated service price
- 48–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the minimum estimated service price
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 75% of the minimum estimated service price
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the minimum estimated service price
A percent of the cancellation fee may be credited toward your next completed cleaning service when the canceled appointment is rescheduled and completed within 30 days of the original appointment date.
