Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your service appointment, please give us at least 72 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy
A cancelled service appointment is subject to a cancelation fee based on our cancelation policy.
- 72 hours or more notice: 25% of the minimum estimated service price.
- 48–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the minimum estimated service price
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 75% of the minimum estimated service price
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the minimum estimated service price
If the cancelled cleaning is rescheduled and completed within 30 days from the original appointment date, a percentage of the cancelation fee may be credited towards that service.
